The Edoko grater inherits the tradition from the Edo period
of hand-hammering by craftsmen. This sloping grater has
two sides (front and back) with a different fineness of grain. It
comes in a small bowl shape without the need for a saucer, as
well as two types of mirror finish and satin finish available for
the sides.
