Site Management Policy

1. This site is the website of the TOKYO Teshigoto project (https://tokyoteshigoto.tokyo/en/, referred to hence as ‘the site’) and it is owned and managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center (‘we’, or ‘the center’).
2. The site is tested for use with the below operating systems and browsers. For Windows: Internet Explorer 10 and above, Google Chrome latest version, Firefox latest version. For Macintosh: Safari latest version, Google Chrome latest version, Firefox latest version. For mobile operating systems: Android 4.4 and above, iOS9 and above.
3. PDF files. To view PDF files it is necessary to install the Adobe Reader plug-in and application. Adobe Reader can be downloaded from this site.
4. We, or our contributors, own copyright for the content of this site including, but not limited to, text and images. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law of Japan, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of the contents of the site are permitted without our express permission, or that of the copyright owner - either for profit or for not for profit purposes
5. If you wish publish any part of the site in magazines, books or websites - then please contact the center in advance.
6. If you wish to link your site to ours then we would not normally object as long as you meet the below conditions. So long as the conditions are followed there is no need to contact the center in advance.
   1. That the purpose of the link to the site is clearly expressed;
   2. That if the link is designated, that it is to https://tokyoteshigoto.tokyo/en/;
   3. That the site is not displayed within a frame within your site;
   4. That the link to the site is not placed in an inappropriate or obscene context, or in any way that would damage trust toward TOKYO Teshigoto;
   5. Where the site is linked to a third party site, such a site is outside our control, and we accept no liability in relation to third party sites.
      
7. Our liability. We do our best to ensure all information on the site is accurate. But we make no representations that information is accurate or up to date or complete and accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information.
